Hi--I am coming here from nannykim's recipe blog. I love that turkey recipe you commented on---such a moist turkey. I love the flavor the bourbon gives and the moistness of the turkey! Here is the comment I wrote after your comment:"I love it with the bourbon and with the bourbon it does not seem too sweet for me--however this year I did drain the inside of the turkey that had the juices from the fruit into the gravy liquid and it gave it a tangy citrus addition--This may lesson the sweetness. I think I prefer not have the citrus in the gravy. It is the best ,turkey, however and so moist--the bourbon infused the turkey and I love the flavor. Thanks for the comment and PS your house is beautiful!
Thank you Heart, the same to you.
